Fauntastic freebie!

Logged into SL today for a change, it's pouring here! Got a notice about another awesome group freebie from Yasum designs. A Faun avatar! Which was weird, because I had been thinking about picking one up now with all the meshy goodness going around. So yay! It's really quite lovely. I'm wearing all the pieces, including the skin and shape that came with it. I look like I need a few cheeseburgers! Eh, it is a faun after all, not a chubby bunnie.  ;)  On to the pics.

Yasum Mesh group gift

I've been SL lazy lately. I had not logged in since the day of my last blog post. So I logged in last night to clear my messages and get a group notice from Yasum about a mesh group gift that was out right now. I grabbed a copy and took off for home. The outfit is lovely! I did have to alter almost my entire lower half to wear it without looking odd.I ended up creating a new shape I can alter for future mesh wear use. Yasum Designs. Free to join group. Free. Go.

Meshy goodness in SL!

I play Second life. I love to dress up my dolly. After hearing about Mesh coming for months now, it's finally here! I got a handful of Mesh freebies and was...displeased. I don't normally mess much with my av's shape, and it didn't seem to matter which size alpha layer I wore, stuff was hanging out everywhere! I was annoyed and logged out and took a toke break.

When I logged back in a few hours later, there was a notecard from SLC about a new Mesh dress. The blue version of it was 89L, so I tp'd over and bought the demo. After heading back to the skybox and trying it on, I milled it over for awhile and headed back and  made a purchase. After all, blue is my favorite color.  ;)

If you haven't tried Mesh yet, you can't tweak it. There is no more editing parts, it either works, or it doesn't. I was pleasantly surprised. I liked it! It was the best piece I personally had gotten my hands on yet. Yay! Enough with the blabbing, on to the pics!
